Michael Ohletz has 17 years experience in management, 15 years of them in various human resources management positions in the Lufthansa group. He was the chairman of the management speakers? committee for LSG and a member of the Lufthansa management speakers? committee. As human resources manager he was responsible for staff recruiting and hiring as well as special training projects in the US. He planned and conducted more than 100 assessments and individual job interviews. He was the project leader for the subject "knowledge transfer" when new commercial units in Scandinavia were established. Michael Ohletz has many years of experience in management training and team development. He is an independent staff consultant and coach, an instructor at the IHK Offenbach (chambers of commerce and industry) and at the Ravensburg vocational academy for "the manager as a coach", and for application training. He became a NewPlacement coach after training with Gerd Löffler and Hans-Christoph Nagel.
