Michael Hopfinger studied business education at the German Armed Forces University in Munich and is a trainer for adult education as well as youth and leisure sports. He spent many years as education officer and company commander in Germany and abroad.
 Since 1987 he has worked as a branch manager, head of sales, center manager, managing director, and CEO in trade, service and manufacturing companies with up to 900 employees, in both independent medium-sized companies and as part of a larger corporate group.
 His strengths include marketing, people management, change management, restructuring, and developing organizations and teams. He also has broad experience in severance, recruitment and orientation processes, as well as in conducting application training, having actively supported over 100 people in finding their next job. His own severance experience led him to switch sectors and responsibilities. Michael Hopfinger trained as a NewPlacement coach with Gerd Löffler, Christoph Nagel and Norbert Roseneck.
