Frank Nehring completed master’s degrees in industrial engineering and economics and has over 25 years’ management experience in business publishing houses. The companies he has worked for range from an eastern German publishing house to subsidiaries of Bertelsmann AG, and he is the founder of a successful specialist publishing house in Berlin. His work has ranged from sales to developing strategic concepts, and has always been characterized by interacting with people and an ever stronger commitment to seminars and coaching. As an academy director, head coach and personal coach, his specializations in personality development, strength profiling and outcome management have developed into important core competences. His management competence is based on practical experience and is complemented by specialized targeted training. His certifications as an NLP Master Practitioner and an LAB Profile Practitioner support his methodical consulting know-how.
