Hubertus Babel holds a doctoral degree in mechanical engineering and has over 20 years’ experience in management and leadership. As a director, business unit manager and plant manager of a major plant construction group in charge of over 1,500 employees, he was responsible for developing business relationships and joint venture set-ups in Asia and Europe, including technical coordination. He is experienced in advising and coaching managers in Germany and abroad, facilitating change processes, and developing new management and leadership cultures. Over the course of his career he has deepened his business management and psychological skills through continuing education in communication, facilitation and coaching.
