Dieter Stasch has over 20 years of management experience in the fields of banking, media and trade. He has studied German philology, philosophy and education, and continued his academic education with business administration and educational psychology. He has been in managerial positions with leadership responsibility since 1985, and realigning organizational units and developing managers has always been the focus of his work. He is a trained moderator und coach who has experienced severance himself and successfully reorientated his career in consequence to this experience. Dieter Stasch has been highly successful as a group speaker and promoter of high-level projects. He provides targeted support for young talent and management development. He is also experienced in planning and managing change processes, and has managed large business units at DG publishers. He also was an authorized representative and manager of VR-Media GmbH which operated in the banking sector, and he was a business manager of mi intermedia GmbH. He often supports new entrepreneurs in order to establish their own businesses and he works with both industry and TV media. He has an extensive network in numerous sectors with close contact to high-ranking decision makers. He is also a member of the International Coach Federation.
