A brilliant coach
Juergen Klinsmann proved a brilliant coach during the 2006 FIFA World Cup. He led the German team from being outsiders all the way to the semi-finals. He was able to recognize and fine-tune the personal and athletic potential of a mostly young group of players with little international experience - and turn them into a dream team.
He prepared each player not only to face the opponent, but above all to interact with the rest of the team. Even the alternate players supported the team on the pitch with great enthusiasm. And this enthusiasm was contagious, affecting everyone who was in Germany for the World Cup, no matter where they came from or whether their team won or lost. For weeks, everyone celebrated together. Positive personal power was one the triggers.

Working together on equal terms is important for us. Your coach is not your critic and will not pressure you to perform. Your coach is a guide to help you identify your potential and how best to act.
Maßarbeit
Es geht also darum, diese erfolgreichen Grundmuster sinnvoll in Unternehmen und Organisationen und bei einzelnen Führungskräften bzw. Mitarbeitern zur Entfaltung zu bringen. Da wir nichts von "Patentrezepten" halten, gehen wir diese Aufgabe strukturiert und methodisch an. Wir klären in jedem Einzelfall mit welcher Zielsetzung persönliche Entwicklungsmaßnahmen ansetzen sollen und mit welchen Methoden wir in diesem Fall den besten Fortschritt erreichen.
Ethik beim Coaching
Offenheit aller Zielsetzungen, Briefings, Methoden und einzelnen Aktivitäten für den Coachee (gecoachter Mitarbeiter) sind Grundvoraussetzung für die unbedingt erforderliche Vertrauensbasis; das heißt auch absolute Vertraulichkeit der 4-Augen-Gespräche.
Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe
"Ratschläge sind auch Schläge", wir machen stattdessen Angebote zur Selbsthilfe. Den Respekt gegenüber dem Coachee und SEINEN Entscheidungen pflegen wir. Partner-Zusammenarbeit "auf gleicher Augenhöhe" ist uns wichtig. Der Coach ist nicht Kritiker, er hat nicht die Aufgabe Leistungsdruck aufzubauen. Er ist stützender Begleiter, der Verhaltensalternativen und Entwicklungspotentiale aufzeigt.
