Bernd Schuster was born in 1952 and grew up in Baden-Württemberg. Together with his wife he has lived and worked in various regions across Germany.  He satisfies his great curiosity about the world, its people and their various cultures by traveling with his wife in countries across the globe, preferably on foot to archaeological sites. He receives great inspiration by reading good novels, philosophical texts, and books on psychology and the neurosciences, and is convinced of the positive effects of life-long learning. In addition to his interest in cutting- edge technologies and their effects on society, he relaxes by going to the theater and concerts and loves the cuisines and wines of France, Italy and the Baden region of Germany.
